How Solar Works

The sun provides the earth with an unlimited potential for free energy.

Arizona has an abundant amount of sunshine; in fact we have over 300 days of sunshine every year. Because of this Arizona has the potential to become the “Saudi Arabia of Solar Energy.”

Solar systems work when sunlight strikes a PV panel (photovoltaic module) and excites the electrons that are in the silicon solar cell. The excited electrons create DC current which travels through wires to an inverter that converts the DC current to AC current. The AC current can be immediately used in your home or business or sent to the utility company for a credit (net metering) if it is not needed.

Solar Systems are easy and simple to maintain because they have no moving parts and little to no mechanical wear and tear. Minimal maintenance is required to keep your Solar System lasting for years and years while producing free energy for you, your family and business!
